What is Hyrox?

Hyrox is a fitness race format that blends running with functional workout stations such as sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, and more—testing your full-body strength, stamina, and mental grit. Each race follows the same sequence of running interspersed with specific workout stations, making it both a physical and strategic challenge.
